fixing bad_pool_caller blue screen error

Issue : When you turn on your computer and it boots up you get a error BAD_POOL_CALLER blue screen. You reboot but you get the same error and can not boot to windows in normal mode. You can boot to safe mode.

Resolutions

1. This error is usually caused by faulty memory inside your computer. You can download programs to test your memory for errors. I can recommend downloading hirens boot cd or the ultimate boot cd, google them and download and burn to disk and then run on your system.

2. If you have more than 1 memory dimm inside your computer open your computer and remove 1 dimm at a time to see if your computer boots in to normal mode.

3. A recently installed program could of caused this issue, boot in to safe mode and uninstall any recently installed software

4. Uninstall any recently installed drivers in safe mode

5. Boot to safe mode and run a chkdsk.
