Go in to your pcs bios to make sure it can boot to a usb drive. Search for a setting called boot to usb floppy or usb booting, Make sure it is enabled and that usb device booting is set to the 1st boot device

Next locate and download a program called unetbootin, Extract the file and double click on the .exe file. Resolving ati2dvag blue screen issues

ati2dvag blue screen : It is possible for the ati2dvag blue screen problem to cause unwanted system freezes and cause your CPU to run at 100%. Sometimes your system is unable to boot and a blue screen of death is displayed

Incompatibility issues with Windows XP and faulty / buggy drivers could result in the ati2dvag blue screen error. But, this has not been confirmed and it looks like some hardware settings in ATI are likely able to cause a fatal system failure

Resolution : Reseat the ATI video card in its slot. It could be a lose connection on the card that is causing the ati2dvag blue screen of death issue. Remove your ATI video card, and blow the connections on the video card and on the motherboard. Then carefully insert the video card back in to the same slot

Run windows update and install all the updates available, service packs and hotfixes, Microsoft might of released a hot fix that fixes this issue
